We are looking for candidates for our location near Szczecin for the position of:
Lead Warehouse Facility Technology
Place of work: Gardno
If you want to join the WHFT Team (Warehouse Facility Technology), which is responsible for maintaining our warehouse and office facilities, their technical condition - we invite you to apply!
We control and supervise technical works, we control the acceptance of works provided by external companies.
We are available to everyone in matters related to maintaining the facility in proper condition
Your daily tasks:
You manage a facility maintenance team consisting of foremen, technicians, electricians, project manager and administrative support
You are supported by a Deputy Manager who will help you run the WHFT department
You are the main point of contact for external facility service providers
You understand and provide all relevant KPIs and SLAs related to the WHFT team and contractors
You are responsible for planning the appropriate state of maintenance of the entire facility - maintenance, preventive, control work
You are responsible for the required service documentation
You ensure the smooth operation of the facility, being a specialist in CAFM (computer-aided facility management system), BMS (Building Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System)
You propose and implement optimization measures, and are also responsible for documenting all services, in particular inspection services (initial, cyclical inspections and corrective measures).
You plan and are responsible for operating costs and activities aimed at continuous improvement.
Our expectations for you:
You have an education in facility management, electrical engineering or engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience in similar business areas
You have proven knowledge and achievements in facility management - completed projects
You have experience working with the ticket system and building systems
You have experience in reporting KPI/SLA to senior management
You know and follow the health and safety rules; you require and ensure that they are followed by your subordinate team and companies reporting to the WHFT department
You have experience in building, leading and managing a technical team
You can build and maintain business relationships
Your knowledge of English is at proficiency level
