WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Process Excellence (PEX) Returns & Refurbishment Team serves as the interface and first point of contact for warehouse, product and central logistics teams for local and network wide Return und Refurbishment process solutions and we strive for continuous improvements and process standardisation in our Inhouse and 3PL operated warehouses.
The Junior PEX Manager Returns & Refurbishment initiates, implements, documents and controls bottom-up/ top-down improvement and enablement projects as well as drives and coordinates best practice sharing within warehouse operations. The Junior Process Excellence Manager supports B2B and B2C business initiatives in the network, and the ramp-up of new processes end-to-end.
You are reporting into the Team Lead PEX Returns & Refurbishment and are contributing to initiatives we execute on the Zalando Group Strategy (ZGS). You own small/medium sized projects by defining, planning, testing, implementing and documenting operational returns and refurbishment processes at returns and refurbishment centers
You aim for process standardization across our entire logistic network
You control accuracy of process execution by checking the process after implementation
You support implementation of new platform products by adjusting or creating suitable processes
You support logistic innovations to ease and improve operational processes
You align technical adjustments for the used Warehouse Management System (WMS)
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
You possess an initial experience of logistics and continuous improvement
You have excellent communication skills, written and oral, in English with the ability to engage with a multilingual international customer base and teams at various levels German skills are of a huge advantage
You are passionate in quality management, process management and are able to structure projects in a proper way
You are familiar with analytical tools or languages (like SQL) and are able to use it for simple analysis
