THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a Junior Editorial Model & Talent Booker (all genders) to join our “Stories at Zalando” production. Working closely with the inhouse creative team and Highsnobiety, you’ll help shape content that inspires the fashion-forward, focusing on high-end designer collections, streetwear, sports, and beauty.
In this role, you’ll support the casting process by sourcing and coordinating diverse talents, models, influencers, and creatives-from around the globe. You’ll contribute to bringing fresh and exciting talent to Zalando’s editorial productions while staying up to date with social media trends and influencer marketing.
Working closely with the Senior Casting Director, Art Director and Creative Director, you’ll assist in shaping and delivering the creative vision for our digital editorials and campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for trends, a passion for fashion, and a deep understanding of digital culture.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Source, cast, and contract talent for Zalando’s productions across activations, events, and photo/video productions, with a strong focus on global and diverse talent.
Continuously update and refresh the talent database, identifying emerging talents and creatives at the forefront of fashion and culture.
Leverage deep knowledge of social media trends to select talent that aligns with Zalando’s editorial and brand storytelling.
Support the full casting process: from casting and negotiating contracts to overseeing talent logistics and coordinating with agencies.
Negotiate with talent agencies to secure the best rates, ensuring contracts are clear on deliverables, usage, and scope of work.
Oversee influencer content productions, ensuring talent is aligned with product launches, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
Track and report on talent campaign performance, providing insights on engagement, and impact.
Develop strong relationships with talent agencies, models, and influencers across Europe and beyond, ensuring Zalando stays ahead of industry trends.
Coordinate, support and attend bi-weekly model check-ins for our e-commerce production, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication during calltimes.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
1-3 years of experience in talent casting, influencer management, or a similar role in fashion or digital media.
Proven ability to identify diverse, inclusive talent that resonates with contemporary fashion and social media trends.
Good understanding of casting, influencer marketing and social media, with the ability to assess the digital landscape and its impact on talent selection.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate within and across teams and manage relationships with talent and agencies.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good understanding of talent pricing, usage terms, and contract negotiation.
A passion for fashion, digital culture, and staying on top of emerging trends.
Experience working internationally, with a flexible and positive approach to cross-cultural collaboration.
