We are looking for a passionate Junior Textile Fitting Specialist to join our innovative Size & Fit team! Here, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of Zalando's size advice for both customers and brand partners.
You will collaborate with a dynamic team of specialists to:
Analyze and understand the size and fit of our textile assortment;
Contribute to the development of next-generation size advice solutions that empower customers to find the perfect fit on the first try
Meticulously annotate and collect data from a wide range of textile articles, adhering to established protocols and clear targets.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) -
You'll be responsible for annotating innovative data sets, including size and fit data for our textiles assortment, amongst other data ensuring the accuracy of our algorithms and the development of the next generation of size advice products.
You'll work alongside a team of size and fit specialists to gather valuable data that will help bring the next wave of innovation to our customers and partners.
You'll provide size and fit assessments for specific textile articles, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
You will help annotate other innovative datasets to support the development of the next generation of size advice products.
You'll collaborate effectively with your team to achieve goals efficiently and contribute to a smooth operation.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have experience in textile product design and development, pattern making and conducting fitting sessions.
You ensure high-quality execution of all processes in your area of responsibility, continuously challenge the status quo and come up with improvement ideas.
You proactively track deadlines and flag potential issues and you collect additional relevant information, if needed.
You always act in a service-oriented manner and put the customer at the center of your actions.
You build positive collaborative relationships with your colleagues in and beyond your team. You are inclusive in the way you engage and communicate with others in your day-to-day interactions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and demonstrate flexibility.
Have good communication skills; strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher) is required.
Have technical skills: proficiency in Google Workplace products (Docs and Sheets) is required.
