As Senior Product Designer of the Scale + Efficiency team, you will shape the future of Zalando’s Offprice business. We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer to discover, design and deliver next-generation productivity solutions that unlock commercial growth and operational efficiency for colleagues in departments such as Supply, Markets and Pricing.
WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Understanding deeply how we run our business to tackle bottlenecks and growth opportunities together with dedicated Product Managers and Engineering teams
Researching and translating for business stakeholders the needs of internal users and partners
Building delightful solutions to complex problems with a focus on efficiency and productivity
Exploring and shaping the use of AI and machine learning in B2E (business-to-employee) and B2B (business-to-business) SaaS in collaboration with a team of Data Scientists
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Excellent UX skills demonstrated by developing elegant solutions to thorny business problems
A track record of building up design maturity in organisations that are tech-heavy
Strong grasp of frameworks and methodologies such as Jobs To Be Done, User Story/Value Stream/Impact Mapping or OOUX to translate between problem and solution space
The ability to take ownership of generative and evaluative research with the backing of a User Research team
Strong communication and stakeholder management to navigate the complexity of cross-functional teamwork
Experience with real-world applications of LLMs, machine learning and predictive analysis would be ideal, but a strong interest and awareness of current possibilities is a bonus!
