BRIM Consultant

Zalando’s Enterprise Applications team is looking for an experienced SAP BRIM (focus on FICA and CI) consultant to help us execute on our B2C and B2B strategy by further developing and scaling our core business processes, leveraging the SAP BRIM module. 

You will be joining a diverse and international team of 15 SAP consultants managing a wide variety of O2C and compliance driven processes in two SAP S/4 Hana systems. In the role as BRIM consultant, you will be the team's primary contact person for our business stakeholders overseeing O2C processes. Besides general stakeholder support to Operational and Finance teams as well as the management of our existing dunning, collection, payments, billing & invoicing processes, we require your expertise in the area of SAP FI-CA and Convergent Invoicing to also design and roll-out new processes.

• Have a proactive attitude in learning new processes 

• You have an independent and committed way of working as well as the ability to work in a team

• You oversee project and change requests (effort estimation, solution design, documentation, implementation, tests and support for go-live)

• You process incidents and other requests from your stakeholders, and continuously monitor and maintain the system

• You will be responsible for the process and implementation consulting in the design and the development of solutions fulfilling business requirements within SAP S/4 HANA

• As an innovation driver, you think ahead to the needs of our customers and actively contribute to the continuous development of our team's portfolio

• You will analyse stakeholders requirements and participate in designing of functional activities

• You have strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills in analysing problems to identify possible solutions

• You have at least 3-5 years of working experience in BRIM modules FI-CA and Convergent Invoicing

• You think in business-oriented, process-oriented and customer-oriented terms

• You have strong knowledge in finance processes

• You have a good understanding of O2C

• Techno Functional Consultants have the edge

• Strong English language skills to navigate the international work environment
