THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Senior Specialist (w/m/d) in the Dunning & Collection Team, you will be the link between the various Convenience teams, the Customer Care teams of all markets of Zalando SE and our external Debt Collection partners.
You will provide third-level support and training, focusing on finding the most customer-friendly solutions that also fit the Zalando Payment processes. You will also support projects to further develop Dunning & Collection and facilitate the operational processes.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Be responsible for communication with our external debt collection service providers, support them with their operational questions and requests, provide tailored trainings and drive general improvements
Be responsible for balancing and reviewing payment transactions, files exchange, general ledgers and clarify problematic or missing payment transactions from within Zalando and from our Debt Collection partners
Support the team lead in improving existing processes and driving new projects from ideation to implementation
Share the knowledge as a contact point for internal stakeholders, Customer Care and support and train Customer Care partners on any Collection related issues
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
A completed higher education, preferably in finance or business management and have several years of professional experience in a relevant field
Fluent in English. Each additional language is an advantage
Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP FI-CA) and Google Suite
Strong people skills, attention to detail, problem-solver, highly organized, and able to prioritize your work
