As Principal Product Manager in our Supply team, you will be owning the product vision and strategy for your product domain. You would be responsible for building and shaping the partners’ experience. We want to build products that make our partners successful within the context of Lounge’s commercial strategy while simplifying the work they need to do to be successful.

Prioritise User Experience and Compliance: Ensure all foundational products provide an excellent user experience and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Report: Define and deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly report progress to senior leadership, and continuously seek improvements based on feedback and performance data.
