We are looking for a Site Lead - Service Provider Management (all genders) for the Logistic Centre who will lead a team and manage strategy operations in the logistic warehouse in Poland, Gardno.
You will join a group of an experienced and talented Management Team who will help and support you on every step to make our Logistic Centre the best place to cooperate. This position is available ASAP.

You will lead the local site operations for Zalando with ownership of all topics related to the delivery of Logistics Operations onsite. You will be eager to act across multiple dimensions and engage with the 3PL provider in ensuring SLAs, KPIs, capacities and other operational key figures are met. You will make sure that Zalando`s expectations in social standards, labor relations and other standards are met.
You will lead a group of internal or external leaders to achieve the overall team targets
You will cooperate within matrix structure with respective stakeholders within Zalando organisation: controlling, transportation, automation, network steering and others.
You will be supporting the strategic steering of this local fulfilment center by tracking, analysing and reporting key logistics metrics and the cost monitoring.
You will define and drive the Zalando expectations and experience onsite. With your entrepreneurial and positive mindset you create a culture that is in line with Zalando’s organisational and social standards.
You will identify and prioritise activities that will drives business values and long-term risks, and adapt the business accordingly.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
You have a bachelor degree together with several years relevant experience. This work experience should be demonstrable from a solution minded environment in fulfilment services, contract logistics or production, including experience in leadership. You have a profound understanding of processes along the entire fulfilment chain.
You are fluent in Polish (is a must) and English.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and successful relationships within and outside the company. You have an ability to discuss critical issues in a constructive manner and communicate across senior leadership levels. You will actively participate in the wider team and be open to travel abroad.
You are an expert in collaborating with others, knowing when and how to lead and when to collaborate or follow to achieve common objectives, while you are continuously improving the collaboration within a matrix organisation.
You combine an analytical comprehension with a structured approach to problem solving.
