Leadership Excellence: Build, lead and develop the External Content Hub team to build and enhance external partnerships, driving collaborations, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships to fulfil our mission of curating, collaborating, and enhancing creative services from external sources.
Customer-Centric Innovation: Contribute to our ongoing evolution towards a customer-centric model that prioritises captivating our customers through compelling narratives, driving innovation and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Dynamic Collaboration: Foster cross-functional alignment to synchronise strategies with overarching business objectives, cultivating a collaborative environment integrated with organisational goals in line with our mission.
Performance Oversight: Evaluate and boost vendor performance rigorously to maintain high standards for quality, deadlines, and project requirements, contributing to the enrichment and expansion of the customer experience.
Compliance and Risk Management: Lead efforts to ensure partners comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Contract Development: Liaise closely with procurement and legal to craft intricate contracts and devise pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, facilitating the achievement of our mission.
Process Optimization: Drive continual enhancement of partner management processes, implementing and refining best practices for maximum efficiency and to support our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Leadership Experience: Bring 3+ years of demonstrated management experience in leading innovative and creative initiatives and teams focused on the sourcing and execution of creative projects, ideally with a degree in business administration, business psychology, marketing, or a related field, contributing to our mission-driven team.
Industry Expertise: Demonstrate a profound understanding of sourcing creative third party services, particularly within agency or retail environments, with a robust network for sourcing creative solutions to enrich and expand the customer experience.
Strategic Vision: Exhibit a blend of creative intuition, commercial acumen, and adept communication skills to drive strategic partnerships forward, aligning with our mission to drive innovation, relevance, and engagement.
Value Creation: Showcase an acute awareness of value creation dynamics in a fast-paced content production landscape, prioritising customer satisfaction at every turn to fulfil our mission.
Relationship Management: Demonstrate proficiency in overseeing strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholder, ensuring alignment with organisational goals to support our mission of igniting creative networks and dynamic collaborations.
Analytical Thinking: Possess strong (data) analytical capabilities, leveraging problem-solving skills to drive process improvement and strategic optimization initiatives that contribute to our mission.
Communication Mastery: Exhibit clear, compelling communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex strategies with clarity and impact to support our mission of captivation and inspiration
Strong People Skills: Display a steadfast commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion, cultivating an environment where all voices are heard and valued in alignment with our mission.
