ABOUT THE ROLE
As a manager for Data Analysis and Insights within the Private Label business unit you will support both the Commercial and Supply teams by providing essential data, and by analysing data and giving insights that support the decision-making. You will connect the dots between multiple data points and stakeholders within the business.
Our role is currently open as a maternity cover, from 12 up to 24 months, with the possibility to transform into a permanent contract.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Solving identified business challenges with the support from senior colleagues
Supporting the Commercial and Supply teams on a day-to-day basis with relevant data, structured analysis and actionable insights
Creating and maintaining recurring reporting solutions and communicating related insights to key stakeholders
Contributing and driving cross-functional projects and workstreams
Participating and presenting in meetings within your area of expertise will help you to become a trusted go-to-person within Private Label
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF …
You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, and you have relevant work experience.
You have excellent analytical skills and you are comfortable with building, maintaining and improving commercial reports and models, and working with large amounts of data.
You see yourself as a hands-on person who always finds simple, efficient solutions to challenges. You are proactive and can adapt quickly to changes.
You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, and very strong communication skills verbal and in writing - you adapt your communication to different audiences.
You are an expert in Excel, have basic skills with PowerPivot and PowerQuery, and basic SQL skills (Experience with Microstrategy is a plus).
You are keen to learn in a fast-paced multinational environment and are fluent in English.
