THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Working closely with our Lead Security & Loss Prevention and site Management, you’ll help shape a culture of safety and inclusivity that truly makes a difference.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our logistics sites are not only secure but also welcoming to all. You'll lead efforts to prevent crime, manage investigations, and maintain the highest standards of security, all while making sure we adhere to Global Security & LP guidelines.

  • Lead Innovation in Security:Take a central role in improving our security and loss prevention efforts by creating and implementing forward-thinking technical and organizational solutions that keep our team and assets safe.

  • Proactively Manage Risks: Identify and address security risks across our extensive warehouse network. You'll be involved in designing new physical security systems and offering the support needed to maintain strong security across all locations.

  • Drive Insightful Investigations: Dive into incident analysis to spot trends and provide practical, data-driven recommendations. Your insights will be key to strengthening our security measures and preventing future issues.

  • Orchestrate Emergency Response: Take charge of organizing and managing emergency response plans, especially during peak seasons. Your collaboration with local and central teams will ensure that we’re always ready to respond effectively.

  • Foster Clear Communication: Create an open and transparent flow of information by setting up clear escalation procedures and a solid risk management framework. You’ll also be responsible for crafting action plans and sharing best practices across the organization.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

  • You have a proven track record in implementing best practices related to the utilization of physical security systems (e.g. CCTV, RBAC, IDS), investigation techniques, and effectively overseeing security service providers and site loss mitigation

  • You possess good knowledge of international security standard TAPA, ISO 28000, GDPR, ISO 27000

  • You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time

  • You bring initial leadership skills and strong stakeholder management skills

  • You are willing to travel (at least 30%)

  • You are eager to learn
