THE ROLE & THE TEAM

You will join the Customer Experience Analytics team. Our main goal is to delve deep into the customer experience, revealing its hidden elements. We are part of the customer care organisation, putting us in a unique position to understand and detect customer issues better and faster than any other team. We empower various teams across the entire organisation to tackle the hidden opportunities that we discover, ensuring a continuously improving experience for our customers. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the CX data foundation, a pivotal asset that will be utilised to decode and enhance the customer experience comprehensively. Your contributions will not only shape our data landscape but also directly influence our ability to understand and elevate every customer interaction.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • You will become part of the Customer Experience Analytics team. Our main goal is to delve deep into the customer experience, revealing its hidden elements. We are part of the customer care organisation, putting us in a unique position to understand and detect customer issues better and faster than any other team. We empower various teams across the entire organisation to tackle the hidden opportunities that we discover, ensuring a continuously improving experience for our customers.

  • Development of self-service tools to enable stakeholders to access the insights generated by our team. These tools include: well designed, curated datasets that accurately reflect the customer experience and can easily be combined with other company data assets; fast running, interactive, and self-explanatory dashboards that allow discovering insights visually; automated ad-hoc reports and scripts required for performing deep dives into specific parts of the customer experience.

  • ETL Pipeline Design and Construction: Design and build robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and consistent.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Technical Expertise: You have strong expertise in SQL and Python. You have experience building and optimising data pipelines, as well as applying data modelling techniques to design datasets for Business Intelligence systems. You are familiar with Databricks Spark, AWS, and Airflow

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You are adept at tackling complex data challenges, possess strong analytical skills, and can devise efficient, scalable solutions.

  • Ownership and Strategic thinking: you understand the importance of data quality and the implications that issues in data quality can trigger in other teams. At the same time, you understand the tradeoff between complexity and practicality and know when to favour one over the other in your solutions.

  • Communication and Teamwork: You excel in a collaborative environment, can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: You have a passion for learning and staying at the forefront of technology trends.
