THE OPPORTUNITY
Achieve efficient and accessible knowledge management and distribution across Tradebyte’s staff to enable them on their employee lifecycle with the business.
Establish, maintain, and drive a company knowledge base and related dissemination processes to ensure staff have the knowledge relevant to their roles and ability to be effective Tradebits.
Coordinate and establish a library of all relevant knowledge types and assets across Tradebyte and facilitate risk and business continuity management.

Proficiency in the German language for business interactions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement a comprehensive Knowledge Management Framework.
Oversee and regularly update knowledge bases tailored for Tradebyte’s needs.
Collaborate intensively with key stakeholders to capture varied knowledge forms - outdated, existing, and new.
Support risk management initiatives and ensure business continuity through consistent knowledge accessibility.
Cultivate and nurture a culture inclined towards knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Promote awareness and provide education about the knowledge bases throughout Tradebyte.
Monitor, assess, and improve the compliance and quality of knowledge, in association with pertinent stakeholders.
Establish core for continuous improvement capability as it pertains to our knowledge library.
