YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are the mastermind behind our cross-functional editorial plan: you devise, plan, and execute smart content campaigns and always-on communication with focus on social media, e-mail marketing and paid ads content to reach Tradebyte’s ambitious strategic business and communication goals
You live and breathe the social media environment. You develop narratives, you manage our community, actively source ideas for new content, from information within the company and industry-relevant media, and turn stories into winning content
You are passionate about writing and you excel in simplifying complex topics into engaging short-form stories while adapting communication style to different channels (from social media to e-mail marketing) and audiences
You are always on the hunt for new trends, formats and engagement mechanics driving the change within the team both on tactical and strategic levels
You are a creative mind comfortable with analysing data to inform your decisions in content planning, development, and execution
You work closely with different departments and our customers to coordinate your work with them
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You love writing and have excellent text skills in English, German is a plus
You have a university degree in marketing, communication or a comparable field
You already have 2 - 4 years of experience in social media (Linkedin as a must, Instagram & Tiktok are a plus), content editing, copywriting or something similar, ideally in a corporate communications department/content (marketing) agency/digital agency
You are an expert in managing editorial processes, methods, and ways of working such as story sourcing, storylining, copywriting, line editing, scriptwriting, fact-checking, etc.
You are comfortable working in Hubspot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GoogleDocs and WordPress, Adobe CC (InDesign and Photoshop) are a plus
Prior experiences in the B2B SAAS, tech, or fashion industry are a plus
You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently
You think cross-media and in terms of your target audience, convince with your creativity and innovative ways of thinking
