You will be responsible for identifying impactful product opportunities, contributing to strategies, setting goals and executing on your plan. You will work closely with marketing managers, analysts, engineers and regulatory experts on data sharing and tracking products. You will be the owner of your marketing data sharing and tracking products: defining a clear vision, strategy and SMART goals. Transform complexity into clarity.
You will become a thought leader in the marketing data sharing and tracking domain: using your strong understanding of the business and outstanding analytical skills to collaborate with analysts & engineers on cutting-edge data sharing methods while respecting data privacy regulations. You will become the go-to-person for data sharing & tracking product questions.
You will create measurable impact: collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data to identify the most relevant opportunities. Validate concepts and measure value with experiments. Regularly report on product development.
You will collaborate with teams & stakeholders: supporting and assisting teams in adopting data sharing & tracking products for confident investment enablement.
You will enable the team: removing roadblocks that stand in the way and effectively manage conflict and priorities. Contribute to an inclusive team environment

You have a track record of contributing to data-heavy marketing products that achieved a measurable impact. You owned at least one of these products end-to-end: contributed to strategy, defined goals and executed on your plan
You excel at execution and know how to win over your team and stakeholders to collaborate on building products. You contribute to an inclusive team atmosphere
You communicate complex topics in simple and easy to understand language to non-expert audience (in writing and verbally)
You apply different methodologies to analyse qualitative and quantitative data. You create actionable insights and use data to discover business opportunities. Experience in Performance Marketing is a plus.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the dedicated Product Manager in the cross-functional team of individuals who build and operate Zalando’s Performance Marketing products. These products are a cornerstone of Zalando’s strategy, encompassing customer lifecycle management, sales events, and pricing strategies designed to create personalized engagement and drive sustainable growth.
You will deepen the relationships with 50+ million active customers across 25 countries by building customer-targeting and condition personalisation for our incentives. You will also enable commercial teams and stakeholders to reach their Customer goals with Performance Marketing in a data-driven, AB-test proven ROI framework. You will work on one of Zalando’s top priority products, working backward from a visionary target end state and building a high-performing cross-functional team.
