As Legal Counsel Antitrust Law (all genders), you are the direct point of contact for all antitrust related topics for various teams across the company. You will advise our business on all aspects of EU and national antitrust law as well as on related regulations.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You will be part of the Antitrust Law Team at Zalando and the direct contact for our business teams
You will provide comprehensive advice in all areas of antitrust law and related regulations
You will solve complex legal issues while considering legal, regulatory and economic risks.
You will coordinate external lawyers and economists
You will develop smart solutions, i.a. with regard to the use of new technologies
You will assess and influence legal developments relevant for the e-commerce sector, particularly in light of the changing regulatory environment
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You are a fully qualified lawyer (e.g. two German state exams in law; or equivalent in another European jurisdiction)
You have ideally at least 3 years of relevant professional experience post-qualification, e.g. in a major international law firm, in an international company or with an antitrust authority
You have in-depth knowledge of the EU and German national competition law framework, preferably in the digital area, engagement with relevant regulatory bodies on EU and national level
Your English skills are excellent while tech affinity and related knowledge is a plus
You think fast, act proactively and stay on top of things in a very dynamic environment
