THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As Engineering Manager for the data engineering team, you will lead the design and build the foundations for our data warehouse. The team builds frameworks and tools used by Partner Business for internal reporting, analytics and data driven decisions, for exporting data and providing business insights to Partners, and for Engineering teams building data centric products.
We are in an exciting moment of building a data warehouse from scratch, growing our data teams and exploring innovative approaches towards data usage.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a strong manager track record in recruiting, growing, and leading data engineering teams, with at least 2 years of previous team management
You have an agile mindset, proactiveness, an iterative approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data processing/engineering and BI (e.g. spark, hive, airflow, ...)
You are experienced in dimensional data modelling and data warehousing
You are experienced in modern application infrastructure/middleware/libraries like AWS, K8s, PostgreSQL, Spark.
You are experienced with AI/ML based applications - a strong plus.
