Ph.D., MSc or equivalent experience in Machine Learning or Data Science
Solid experience building fit-for-purpose ML models, in the areas of recommendation, reinforcement learning, or customer behavior prediction. Hands-on experience with current deep learning architectures in production is a plus.
Deep understanding of the theory behind the methods in your domain and best practices of their application. Track record of publications and achievements in academia or industry
Strong experience in Python and ML libraries, TensorFlow/Keras, or PyTorch, and experience with Spark SQL
Ability to take ownership of data science initiatives and communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
