The international team at our Potsdamer Platz site in Berlin serves our customers in France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Poland, Italian- and French-speaking Switzerland, Spain, Ireland, Finland and the UK. We are looking for customer service staff with appropriate native language skills to provide our international clients with a localized shopping experience.

Zalando Lounge’s customer service team in Berlin currently serves our Lounge customers in 14 European countries. We are looking for customer service staff with appropriate fluent language skills to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.

"I’ve worked in the Zalando Customer Care team for 1.5 years. Our big international team is divided according to region responsibilities - I am in charge of advising our customers in Central Europe. When it comes to the Cyber Week, we’re all working hand in hand to offer the best service to our customers. We start aligning weeks in advance and plan for the critical issues that might come up, like retroactively applying vouchers, issues with return processes or varying sizes, requests for exchange, and more. We always try to find solutions that are accommodating and tailored to each customer. To ensure we provide exceptional assistance during cyberweek, we are continuously coordinating on the newest changes and optimizations of our processes."
