Team Relay
Over 250 Zalandos headed to Berlin's Tiergarten in the summer heat to run the annual team relay 🏃
18 Zalandos from our Dortmund Tech Hub also completed their 5.5km through their city. 0.5km further than the Berlin company run... is this a competition? 😉
Football Championship
16 teams of Zalandos headed to Sparta Lichtenberg to get their #ZalandoGameOn in our Zalando Football Championship 2024 ⚽️
Congratulations to our champions, Zalando Marketing Services' 'Selling the Dream' team, and to our runners-up, 'Zalacticos', a team of players from our Sports proposition teams and our internal Zalando Football Group 🏆
Volleyball Masters
32 teams of Zalandos competed in eight groups, vying for the title of Zalando Beach Volleyball Masters 2024 champions 🏐

Big-screen Viewings
This summer, we organised social events for employees to watch football games together on the big screen ☀️

E-Sports Tournament
The Zalando E-Sports Tournament 2024 brought participants together to showcase their gaming skills and compete for the title of e-European Champion. The tournament featured several knock-out rounds, leading up to an intense final match ⚽️
Congratulations to Tobias Brinkmeyer, Merchandise Planner Kids, for his exceptional skills, winning him the champion title. He brought home an official Euro 2024 match ball, and a football shirt of the team he controlled - Austria.
Badminton and Volleyball in Dortmund
Our Zalando Dortmund team recently got their Game On at Blue Beach Witten, coming together for sports, teamwork, and good fun!
Making the most of the indoor sand court, the team tapped it over the net in a host of badminton and volleyball games.
Lydia, Site Operations Lead, shares "It was fantastic to see everyone come together, not just for the competition, but to enjoy the beautiful setting and connect outside the office.

#PeerPower: Fitness classes for employees by employees
#PeerPower is an initiative where employees with a passion for fitness lead live classes on campus. Zalandos just close their laptop, step into some workout gear, and hop across to the onsite gym to take part!
'Find Your Flow' with Monika
In addition to Monika's role as a Junior Operations Manager, she leads 'Find Your Flow', a combination of yoga, pilates, and dance for our FLINTA* (a German acronym for women, lesbians, non-binary, trans*, and agender) identifying employees.
