THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Candidate Experience Partner (also referred to as Talent or Recruitment Coordinator), your primary responsibility involves assisting a team of Recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews. The main goal is to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, emphasising the creation of a positive candidate experience.
In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Hiring Managers or interview committee to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process. Your main focus will be on providing support for operational and capacity-related matters within the team.
This role in particular covers a diverse set of business areas.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You partner up with TA and your fellow colleagues to provide the best candidate experience and are responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews.
You deliver on the set KPIs and SLAs, such as number of interviews scheduled or time needed to schedule interviews.
You educate colleagues within TA on the scheduling process and actively partake in educating stakeholders on any process improvements
You take an active part in team meetings and contribute to the overall team’s success
You are able to identify challenges and blockers in the scheduling process and bring these to the attention of stakeholders and Recruiters when necessary

Hands-on mentality and acting like an owner distinguishes your working style - you can easily tackle any of your day to day responsibilities and solution oriented
Great if you are proficient in the use of tools such as Workday and GoodTime.
