Zalando’s ERP team is looking for a Bucharest based SAP BRIM Consultant to support the execution of our B2B and B2C strategy by developing and scaling core business processes using the SAP BRIM modules Convergent Invoicing and Contract Accounting.
You will join a diverse and international team of 15 ERP consultants managing O2C and Document Compliance driven processes in three on-prem SAP S4H systems and associated integrations. Our work environment is fast-paced and we utilize the latest SAP technologies (S/4HANA 2023 FPS02, BTP, BDC). Teamwork and knowledge sharing come first in our team. We encourage innovative thinking and process improvement, automation, even beyond standard SAP practices while we keep our eyes on Clean Core principles.
As a SAP BRIM Consultant with emphasis on O2C B2B and B2C you will offer support to the many stakeholders our broader team serves with a healthy mix of maintenance and project support. With your experience as a consultant, you will also help shape and grow the team and support processes moving forward, sharing and applying your experience.

Drive Process Optimization: You’ll support the implementation of process improvements and projects, working closely with business teams to identify opportunities, drive change, and challenge established financial processes.
Deliver Expert Operational Support: You’ll handle complex incidents and proactively analyze system behavior, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues and identify potential system problems.
Support and Strengthen the Team: You’ll technically support a subteam of five to develop joint skills, while maintaining comprehensive process documentation and conducting training sessions.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: You’ll conduct regular check-ins with business units, ensuring their needs are met and effectively communicating the business impact of system issues.

You Know SAP BRIM Inside Out: You bring proven and extensive experience working with SAP FI-CA-INV and FI-CA, including a deep understanding of core integrations with downstream modules like FI-CO, FI-GL, BCM, and FSCM.
