We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our SVP Corporate Governance and Sustainability - General Counsel. In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SVP's organisation, acting as a vital link between the SVP, their team, and various internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Support to SVP: Enhance the SVP's effectiveness by managing high-impact priorities, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and focusing on strategic objectives.
Calendar Management and Daily Support: Maintain an extensive and dynamic calendar, organise daily schedules, and provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient time management.
Travel Arrangement and Trip Planning: Manage logistics for local & international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements from transportation, accommodations to detailed agendas as well as travel expense management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the SVP’s time management, handling inquiries, and directing communication to the appropriate individuals.
Provide project management support by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Liaise with various executive and management stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships, and facilitating information flow.
Collaborate with other executive assistants and teams to organise events, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs
Draft internal communications, such as updates and emails, on behalf of the SVP.
Event Ideation, Planning, and Organisation: Develop and execute impactful events aligned with organisational goals and stakeholder engagement.
Strengthen Leadership Team Connections: Facilitate robust connections within the SVP’s direct staff and ensure alignment with the broader team’s goals and initiatives.
WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Experience in executive support roles, particularly in supporting senior leadership in global, large-scale organisations or similar scope positions.
Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial but not required.
Proven capability to create efficiencies for senior leadership.
You demonstrate excellent proactive organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
You are highly discreet and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
You are proficient in Google Apps for Business and other modern office and project management tools.
Prior experience in a technological, innovative environment is welcome.
You exhibit a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail.
