THE ROLE & THE TEAM 

Become a vital part of our Flagship  Accounts Team with the focus of managing one of the global leading sports brands. In this high-visibility role, your ability to provide structure and leadership during critical moments will be key to Tradebyte’s Enterprise Growth.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) 

  • Strategic Business Owner: Act as the primary architect for our most high-profile international sports brands, steering their growth and ongoing development within the marketplace ecosystem.

  • Commercial Leader: Define and drive the commercial roadmap, ensuring every strategic business milestone is backed by the necessary technical infrastructure and platform integrations.

  • Drive the Feature & Optimization Roadmap: Deep-dive into complex technical setups to understand bottlenecks and drive feature improvements together with teammates that directly impact operational efficiency and GMV.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze your accounts, proactively recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers

  • Master the Data: Design sophisticated KPI dashboards and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that translate complex data into actionable executive-level strategies

  • Navigate High-Stakes Complexity: Act as the "calm center" during high-pressure escalations, providing structured solutions and maintaining stakeholder confidence when the stakes are highest.

  • Bridge the Gap: Function as a "translator" between commercial goals and technical execution, collaborating with product and engineering counterparts to prioritize client needs.

  • You are a Seasoned Expert: You bring 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, or Marketplace management, preferably within the sports or lifestyle sector.

  • You are Resilient and Structured: You have a proven track record of staying composed and highly organized in high-pressure environments where rapid problem-solving is the norm

  • You are a Growth Catalyst: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a "hunter" instinct for identifying untapped potential within existing enterprise accounts.

  • You are "Tech-Savvy":  You understand the "how" behind the "what"—technical subjects such as APIs, data feeds, and platform logic are familiar territory, and you enjoy getting your hands dirty to optimize a setup.

  • You are an Elite Communicator: You can command a room of C-level executives just as easily as you can brainstorm with a product manager, tailoring your message perfectly to your audience.

  • You are a Cross-Functional Leader: You thrive in agile, collaborative setups and know how to influence internal stakeholders to get things done for your client.

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a strong asset in our ecosystem but not a dealbreaker.
