THE ROLE & THE TEAM
 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Product Manager to lead personalization initiatives within our Data & AI organization. This role requires a hands-on product manager who excels at execution, stakeholder management, and driving measurable business impact through AI-powered personalization. This is an individual contributor role, and is ideal for someone looking to work towards a specialization path.

You will own key elements of our personalization product portfolio, working across search, recommendations, and new agentic commerce initiatives. Our strategy and vision are defined—we need a product manager who can translate that vision into shipped products that deliver results at scale.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Lead impactful AI products: Own the full lifecycle of 3–5 major personalization features per year — from scoping and testing to launch and continuous improvement.

  •  Build what matters: Turn strategy into action by defining roadmaps, prioritizing experiments, and collaborating closely with engineering, science, and commercial teams.

  • Champion personalization at scale: Make AI visible and valuable across the company — share progress, inspire excitement, and help others see the business impact.

  • Shape future customer experiences: Use cutting-edge tech like GenAI and recommender systems to make shopping smarter, more intuitive, and more personal.

  • Drive clarity and alignment: Communicate product direction and results clearly to leadership and stakeholders — balancing business needs with customer experience.

  • Deliver measurable outcomes: Ensure everything you build improves key business metrics — from revenue and retention to engagement and operational efficiency.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record delivering ML-powered or personalization products — ideally in retail, fashion, or marketplace businesses.

  • Proven ability to execute clear product strategies within complex organizations — driving alignment, progress, and measurable outcomes.

  • Hands-on experience building habit-forming products using behavioral science principles, creating stickiness and value over time.

  • Familiarity with LLM-powered tools (e.g. for product discovery, content creation, or curation), and curiosity about where GenAI is heading next.

  • Deep collaboration with applied science teams on recommender systems, ranking models, or personalization architecture — you’re fluent in the tech but focused on outcomes.

  • Strong communicator who thrives in matrixed settings — skilled at influencing across functions, aligning stakeholders, and championing customer impact.
