THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As the Senior E-commerce Manager for Switzerland, you will drive strong growth by tailoring our online offer to resonate with local customers. By deeply understanding Swiss customer preferences and market trends, you'll curate compelling campaigns and offers through close collaboration with pricing, commercial planning, marketing & content teams. Additionally, you'll lead and support on wider projects and initiatives. But also provide guidance to junior retail managers.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO
Mastering the market: Become the local expert, shape commercial strategy and execute the commercial calendar for the Swiss market. Collaborate with your team to optimize investment allocation.
Boosting category performance: Leverage deep market insights to enhance product assortment in line with customer needs
Optimizing the online customer journey: Own the local homepage, craft compelling content and campaign ideas to maximize demand. Analyse performance, refine strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall digital experience.
Build strong partnerships: Collaborate closely with Pricing, Commercial Planning, Supply, Marketing and Content teams.
Drive cross-functional initiatives: Develop, lead and contribute to projects that accelerate market growth.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You are fluent in German, proficiency in French and/or Italian would be a strong asset.
You have a profound knowledge and understanding of the Swiss market, the competitive landscape and latest fashion and consumer trends.
You have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a comparable role, ideally within the fashion industry.
You have a bachelor's degree that complements your professional background.
You have strong analytical skills coupled with a results-oriented approach.
You have a quick thinking and proactive attitude, which also means you keep on top of things in a fast-paced environment, while embracing collaboration.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
You have a commercial mindset and a solid understanding of online fashion retail.
You have a flexible and agile mindset, you are well-organised and feel comfortable leading several projects with the ability to manage different tools and stakeholders.
