THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The Influencer Projects Team as part of the Onsite Creator Content Team (OCC) changes influencer marketing as you know it. We'll do this by building a community of creators from all walks of life who are excited to create content that tells stories of diversity, inclusivity, self-expression and sustainability through fashion. We will create and share style inspiration that's relevant and interesting to all our diverse Zalando customer base across all our Zalando platforms to keep them coming back again and again.

As a Jr. Creator Manager, it’ll be your job to handle influencer projects on behalf of our brand partners. You’ll come up with concepts and project plans for approval then you’ll get to source, recruit and manage the creators who can deliver the required content for the partner. 

You’ll work closely with the creators to make them feel part of the Zalando family while building an engaged network of diverse people of influence to create high impact content our audience loves. You’ll act as the first point of contact for Creators as well as providing ongoing performance feedback to help the creators improve their content as well as taking care of operational topics such as compensation, contracting and tracking links as well as providing input to on-going projects. You’ll be social first, a native on Instagram and TikTok and soundly aware of the type of content that connects on these channels.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Think Big, Act Fast. You’ll be working on multiple projects as the main point of contact with brand partners to deliver on their creator campaigns, whether that is single campaigns or ongoing ambassador programs. You’ll be able to juggle the different projects in a structured manner as well as set clear timelines, deliverables, concepts and set up campaigns for each project.

  • Creator Management. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and managing Creators related to different projects. You’ll be building relationships with creators and ensuring they love being a part of our programs whilst reflecting the values of Zalando. You’ll take care of negotiating, contracting, compensation, briefing, providing tracking links and other operational topics.

  • Put yourself in the customer's shoes. You’ll act as the first point of contact for our creators whether that is ensuring they have the necessary tools to create content or following up with them in case anything isn’t delivered or providing answers to queries about the projects. You’ll deal with our brand partners to ensure their campaigns are delivered on time and on quality.

  • Analyse and adapt. Dealing with multiple creators and projects, you’ll know how to measure and report on success against strategic goals, quickly adapting when necessary to optimise performance. You’ll be able to pull insights from multiple data sources that can help steer the performance of the projects to ensure they deliver on the goals of the brand partner.

  • Continuous Improvement. You’ll be on the frontline when it comes to working with creators and will be best positioned to identify opportunities to improve our ways of working that you can share with the relevant stakeholders. You will build and transfer knowledge of problems and opportunities relative to creator management (e.g. design and execution of creators’ surveys and interviews) and will contribute to new strategic creator management initiatives.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work within influencer marketing, fashion, or lifestyle 

  • You have experience with sourcing and contracting of creators or talent management

  • You have great organisational and coordination skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy ensuring that work is completed on time and in full

  • You have a high level understanding of the influencer marketing industry and an eye for great content. You have a good understanding of different types of content e.g video, imagery or editorial

  • You’re committed to diversity and inclusivity – you’ll share our message of inclusivity and liberation through fashion. You will be an ambassador for this in your output and your internal conduct.

  • You want to learn and develop - working in fashion and ecommerce, what’s in one month is out the next. We’ll all be learning new skills together, at every level. 

  • Communicating with your colleagues in English is a breeze, more language skills are welcome

  • You have experience working with Google Sheets, Doc and Slides as well as MS Office

  • Experience with Collabary is a plus
