THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Candidate Experience Partner (also referred to as Talent or Recruitment Coordinator), your primary responsibility involves assisting a team of Recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews. The main goal is to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, emphasising the creation of a positive candidate experience.

In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Hiring Managers or interview committee to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process. Your main focus will be on providing support for operational and capacity-related matters within the team.

This role in particular covers a diverse set of business areas from People & Organisation, Studios, Customer Care and Outlets and for positions across Germany including roles where the primary candidate and manager language is both German and English. 

THIS ROLE WILL BE ON A 12 MONTHS LIMITED CONTRACT.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You partner up with TA and your fellow colleagues to provide the best candidate experience and are responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews. 

  • You deliver on the set KPIs and SLAs, such as number of interviews scheduled or time needed to schedule interviews.

  • You educate colleagues within TA on the scheduling process and actively partake in educating stakeholders on any process improvements 

  • You take an active part in team meetings and contribute to the overall team’s success

  • You are able to identify challenges and blockers in the scheduling process and bring these to the attention of stakeholders and Recruiters when necessary

  • You will be responsible for supporting stakeholders in German and English.

  • You are able to organise your work and time while being available for any coaching or mentoring to your fellow colleagues.

  • You are able to communicate effectively and fluently (written & spoken) to both candidates and stakeholders in both German and English 

  • You are well-structured, able to manage change and rally engagement from key stakeholders.

  • You are comfortable or willing to learn with data, both to review any process improvements or your own expertise in scheduling interviews 

  • Hands-on mentality and acting like an owner distinguishes your working style - you can easily tackle any of your day to day responsibilities and solution oriented

  • Great if you are proficient in the use of tools such as Workday and GoodTimes.
