THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
Zalando’s Enterprise Applications team is looking for a Junior Lead SAP BRIM Consultant to support the execution of our B2C strategy by developing and scaling core business processes using the SAP BRIM module.
You will join a diverse and international team of 15 SAP consultants managing Order-to-Cash and compliance driven processes in two SAP S/4 HANA systems. As a Junior Lead SAP BRIM Consultant for the B2C Post Order Technology team, you will support Zalando's B2C strategy by working with the SAP BRIM module (FI-CA and CI) and focusing on Order-to-Cash processes. You will lead five consultants and assist with incident handling, process optimization, and collaboration with stakeholders. This role combines technical SAP BRIM expertise with leadership responsibilities such as mentoring and process management.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Provide expert-level support, handling complex incidents and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Lead the implementation of process improvements, working closely with business teams to identify opportunities and drive change.
Manage stakeholder relationships, conducting regular check-ins and ensuring their needs are met.
Leading the subteam of five members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills.
Lead maintenance and monitoring tasks, including performing tests and enabling business testing.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
Proactively analyze system behavior and process issues, identifying potential problems and implementing solutions.
Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have extensive experience working with FI-CA, including a deep understanding of broader BRIM functionalities such as Convergent Invoicing and integrations thereof with modules such as FI-CO, FI-GL
You are tech-savvy and comfortable with complex system landscapes that continuously change and evolve.
You have a strong understanding of the business impact of system issues and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
You are a problem solver with excellent analytical skills and can effectively break down complex issues.
You are a team player with excellent communication and mentoring skills, able to foster a collaborative environment.
You are committed to continuous improvement and stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies.
You have strong English language skills to navigate the international work environment.
