Are you passionate about footwear and possess a strong attention to detail? We're seeking a Size and Fit Specialist to collaborate with our team and contribute to the development of algorithmic products for women's and unisex footwear.
We are looking for a passionate Female Shoes Fitting Specialist (size EU39) to join our innovative Size & Fit team! Here, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of Zalando's size advice for both customers and brand partners. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of specialists to:
Analyze and understand the size and fit of our footwear assortment;
Contribute to the development of next-generation size advice solutions that empower customers to find the perfect fit on the first try
Meticulously fit and collect data from a wide range of footwear, adhering to established protocols and clear targets.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Data annotation: You'll be responsible for annotating size and fit data for our footwear assortment, ensuring the accuracy of our algorithms.
Collaborative work environment: You'll work alongside a team of size and fit specialists to gather valuable data on our product assortment.
Product expertise: You'll provide size and fit assessments for specific footwear items, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Teamwork: You'll collaborate effectively with your team to achieve goals efficiently and contribute to a smooth operation.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Please note: To be considered for this role, you must have a shoe size 39EU with the following measurements. If you do not include your measurements in your application, it will not be considered.
Footwear knowledge: An ideal candidate will be a women's shoe size EU39 with a foot length of 24.5 cm and width of 9.5 cm (or possess similar measurements in another sizing system).
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion, particularly footwear, are essential.
Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and demonstrate flexibility.
Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher) is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite products (Docs and Sheets) is required.
