THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manger, Financial Steering&Forecasting (all genders) professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the pre-season planning process, the process which defines the buying strategy for upcoming seasons and ensures that season growth expectations and buying budget are aligned with the company's medium and long term ambition.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You will organise the pre-season calendar, setting up all key milestones and timelines, while ensuring alignment with the various stakeholders involved ensuring a smooth and thorough planning process.
You’ll be responsible for building the pre-season guidance by aligning the financial ambition with the operational trends and developments to achieve a successful set-up for the buying into the new season
You’ll conduct a comprehensive analysis of the relevant KPIs for season planning at portfolio level, identifying risks and opportunities and discuss these findings with the respective stakeholders
You’ll prepare relevant analysis to support decision making and successful implementation of the current strategy/ambition for Fashion proposition
You’ll be actively involved in continuously improving the current processes/ways of working and optimize relevant reports to enable a proactive decision steering
You’ll ensure an efficient and clear communication with all stakeholders to enable a smooth planning process and early decision making
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
You come with 5+ years of experience in Financial planning or in an analytical business role
You convince through your strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities.
You are proficient in financial software and systems.
You have a proactive and collaborative approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, though never losing the big picture out of sight
You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
