THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As part of Zalando's Content Solutions Team, the Creative Services team is specialised in developing and managing creative services and delivering creative projects for brand partners and internal stakeholders.

Thus, we are looking for a Creative Services Project Manager to grow our Creative business by handling strategic creative campaigns and help our partners to achieve long-term marketing success by offering holistic tailored solutions. In this role you will be a part of the Creative Services Team, responsible for managing various types of creative projects.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Opportunity to gain experience in managing projects for Zalando and partner brands. 

  • Own and lead projects by steering multiple internal and external stakeholders and managing projects from start to finish

  • Manage communications required throughout the project lifecycle with project teams as well as senior leadership and management

  • Understand the project needs and requirements to organise and prioritise tasks

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to project teams and oversee and monitor progress, costs and timings to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget

  • Lead and collaborate closely with all stakeholders, particularly the creative and production teams to execute complex creative content productions (including images, videos, etc.)

  • Manage project paperwork such as Scope of Work, NDAs and fulfil financial tasks on managing and tracking budgets, payments and expenses

  • Resolve issues that can cause delays, conflicts and other challenges in meeting project requirements 

  • Manage crisis situations when needed and escalate issues as well as solutions to Team Leads

  • Hold workshops and retrospective meetings to enable and strengthen collaboration

  • Strive to ensure the highest quality in delivery, by aligning timelines and strategies.

  • Optimise ways of working and processes for efficiencies by working closely with Team Leads

  • Connect with a team of project managers to share best practices, knowledge and ideas to strengthen our creative project management services 

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You bring minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles as freelancer or within a creative agency or production company

  • Knowledge in the area of content and creative production (digital, offline etc.), processes

  • Experience in delivering and managing from start to finish requiring steering and communication with multiple stakeholders including external partners, suppliers

  • Hands-on mentality, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always thrive to find the best solution in the shortest possible time

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to network, collaborate and also resolve conflicts in challenging situations 

  • Lead by example with high standards and strong work ethics

  • An interest in keeping up to date with trends and technologies in cultural and business landscapes

  • Successful completion of a degree in marketing, communication, multimedia production or similar fields

  • Experience in fashion and lifestyle and digital advertising

  • Fluent English necessary
