THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As part of the Employee Relations team within Zalando People & Organisation, the Senior Manager International Standards & Relations will shape and drive the employee relations strategy for the Zalando Group across Europe. You will build strong partnerships with Corporate Governance teams, local Business Partners, and employee representative bodies, ensuring constructive collaboration and negotiations on strategic topics. Through this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to guide the direction of our employee relations agenda, foster world-class employee engagement, and contribute to expansion projects by defining critical labor standards in new markets.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF ...

  • You are passionate about Employee and Labor Relations and value their impact on overall business success.

  • You have either an international labor-law background or practical experience in collective labor law as an HR Manager or Business Partner.

  • You have proven experience managing labor relations in expansion projects, ensuring seamless integration into new markets.

  • You have hands-on experience managing international employee representative bodies, either directly or through third parties.

  • You thrive on collaboration and enjoy creating mechanisms for effective employee relations management, while guiding Business Partners on efficient processes.

  • You use data, insights, and observations to solve problems and deliver results consistently.
