THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are seeking for an on-site position a highly skilled and experienced Workday Specialist/Inhouse Senior Tech Consultant to join our team. As a Workday Specialist/Inhouse Senior Tech Consultant, you will support the team with the hands-on configuration and administration of various modules within the Workday platform. Your expertise in Workday's functionality and configuration will be crucial in ensuring the system meets the needs of our organization and supports our stakeholder departments effectively.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Serve as a point of contact for all Workday-related matters, including design consultation, system configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with our P&O and other relevant departments to gather requirements and translate them into Workday system configurations and workflows.

  • Configure and maintain various Workday modules, including but not limited to Human Capital Management (HCM), Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence, Benefits, Payroll.

  • Develop and implement system integrations between Workday and other external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow.

  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any configuration or data inconsistencies, and work towards continuous system improvement.

  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver enablement to enhance Workday proficiency within the organization.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases, features, and industry best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements or optimizations to maximize system capabilities.

  • Collaborate with the IT team and external consultants, as needed, to support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience working as a Workday Specialist/Inhouse Tech Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in configuring and administering Workday modules.

  • A deep understanding of Workday's architecture, functionality, and integration capabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Workday tools and technologies, including report writing, calculated fields, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and security administration.

  • An experience in developing and maintaining system integrations using Workday Integration Cloud Platform, APIs, and web services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Workday certifications (such as Workday HCM, Workday Integration, or other relevant certifications) will be a plus.

  • SAP HCM or Successfactors Knowledge is a plus
