THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist - 18 months maternity cover - to execute highly complex processes and drive improvements for Zalando and partners. You will manage article data as well as working on improvements that increase data quality for our customers and lower costs for Zalando.
You get the chance to influence an essential part of the Zalando platform and be involved in making the Article Management strategy a reality over the next years.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED
You’ll execute and monitor operational tasks with a high complexity and impact
You support the master data management of the entire company and use various features and tools to ensure that they are always correct
You act as 1st level support for our stakeholders, such as logistics, Cat.Mgmt, Zalando Lounge and partner facing teams
You actively work on improving processes and contribute your own ideas
You’ll work with the operational teams in Article Management, Partner Tech and other relevant stakeholders across Zalando to drive meaningful improvements towards the partner experience and create cost efficiencies related to Article Management on the Zalando platform.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have 2+ years of work experience in the field of operational process execution and process improvements, ideally in logistics and/or article data management
You always work carefully, are committed and remain calm and deliberate even in stressful situations
You bring a driven and continuous improvement mindset
You are comfortable with numbers, you use data to identify root causes, understand problems and build strong arguments to convince others
