The Marketing Analyst role is part of our Marketing Analytics - Solutions team, responsible for building the data foundation, tooling and reporting to facilitate data-driven and efficient commercial decision-making. This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in the commercial business steering and ensures that a triple digit yearly budget is invested in support of our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Marketing Analytics operates in close collaboration with commercial, marketing, product & engineering colleagues across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You drive the creation of automated self service reporting solutions that enable Marketing Analytics and our stakeholders to conduct efficient reporting and informed decision-making

  • You collaborate closely with tech and product teams to ensure data availability and consistency, including quality assurance analysis and supporting in the integration of new data sources

  • You contribute to the development and implementation of measurement products to capture the effectiveness of Marketing investments, and enable improved investment decision-making

  • You perform analyses on various data sources (e.g. DWH, GA) with a focus on connecting the dots between marketing investments and their impact

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You’re proud of your degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related data-driven equivalent.

  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role (with marketing context being a plus).

  • You have advanced skills around visualization & dashboard building with strong stakeholder centricity (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

  • You have a solid understanding of marketing attribution or tracking schemas and worked with related tools or systems (e.g. GA, Adjust). 

  • You have a profound experience with SQL and strive for automation with Python, Google Apps Script, R or similar.

  • You can gather, clean up, and transform data from various sources to enable convenient insights creation.

  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, enjoy working independently, and taking on responsibility. Your great communication skills would enable you to drive projects with different teams across the organization.

  • Your oral and written English is business fluent.
