THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are currently looking for a (Senior) Total Rewards Partner for a fixed term period of 10 months (January/October) to manage different projects and support our existing Total Rewards team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing the reward strategy for the Zalando group in close collaboration with the senior management team. The scope of responsibilities of the team includes total reward benchmarking, regular salary review processes, executive compensation, as well as the design and implementation of global equity plans. In addition, the team is responsible for managing the group’s comprehensive employee benefits portfolio.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You will drive innovative projects to further develop our Total Rewards practice with a special focus on professional and managerial roles.
You will lead and drive the enablement and communication of reward policies and frameworks towards our stakeholders with the objective of creating continuous and better understanding of our total rewards philosophy
As a member of the Total Rewards team you will be involved in key processes such as the execution of external benchmarking exercises and the annual compensation cycle.
You will provide continuous guidance and advice to our P&O business partner and Talent Acquisition organisations on rewards specific company guidelines and their application to individual cases
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You bring 5+ years of experience working in an advisory role in a Total Rewards, Business Partner Roles (including consultants roles)
You successfully completed university degree in social studies, business, economics, finance or a related field
You possess excellent communication skills to different audiences and summarise complex topics in an easy to understand and digestible way
You have some familiarity with working with data
You are solution-oriented and flexible, embracing change and seeking new opportunities
You are fluent in English
