THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As part of Zalando Content Solutions Team, the Post Production team specializes in the efficient organization and delivery of high-quality finished assets at scale. We are looking for a Retouching Functional Expert to support the retouch team and Leads with day-to-day task management as well as contributing to retouching targets together with the team.
Please note that this is a fixed term maternity cover until October 2026.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Assist your Lead in assigning daily tasks and responsibilities to the team.
Support the development of retouching guidelines.
Contribute effort to daily team retouching targets.
Direct the team towards common goals and support with organizational or coordinational tasks.
Oversee color standards and quality assurance.
Clearly communicate progress and file delivery status to various departments/stakeholders.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You are fluent in German and English
3-4 years experience in Retouching
Strong work ethic and ability to work within tight deadlines
Solid retouching skills – attention to detail and good aesthetic
Photoshop knowledge essential and Google Suite experience preferred.
Strong retouching portfolio with a focus on fashion, beauty and e-commerce.
Experience in project management and workflow systems such as Asana & JIRA.
