We are looking for a Designer to join our dynamic Women Footwear Design area.
The Women Footwear Designer will play a crucial part in shaping the product assortments supporting our successful brands with his/her product expertise.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Work closely with the team (Design Lead, Buying, Merchandising & Product Development) to build a commercially viable Young Fashion Women footwear collection (all Categories)) for our brands, translating fashion trends into inspirational brand stories.
Bring a unique footwear point of view to inspire the team and our customers. Understand market mechanisms to deliver inspiring and commercially successful product assortments.
Actively drive design discussions and provide impactful feedback in design reviews. Seek new product opportunities relevant to our customers.
Own the design process from the original concept to approval comments for production. Define seasonal materials with the team and work with the latest sustainability innovation. Ensure adherence to design processes and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a strong portfolio in Women’s Footwear.
Degree in Fashion Design with 5 years of experience specifically in Women Footwear Design, preferably with commercial brands. Young Fashion handwriting.
Highly creative with strong commercial sense and attention to details.
Team player with a can-do attitude, curiosity to learn and openness to innovation.
Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills: ability to express creative ideas from Concept stage to presentation to Leadership team.
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several projects simultaneously.
Strong interest and understanding of Sustainability and Diversity & inclusion.
Must include a Portfolio with specifically Women's Footwear design work alongside the CV and a cover letter.
