Salesforce Engineer (All Genders)
Customer Care Technology provides applications and support to our 4500+ customer specialists. These specialists serve Zalando's 50 million active customers to solve their problems by providing a frictionless experience. The Customer Care Technology team is seeking a Salesforce Engineer for a business-critical role. The engineer will create and implement solutions using Salesforce to improve customer experiences, working closely with the Product team and other peers to deliver solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a background in Salesforce development and an understanding of customer care best practices. It is essential to have good communication and collaboration skills.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
3+ years experience with Salesforce,Web Services & Metadata APIs.
You demonstrate expertise in using Salesforce, including prior experience in implementing large-scale solutions.
Analyze the business processes, design the CRM flows in Salesforce, and also provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.
You are fluent in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component frameworks.
You have experience with the Data Salesforce Connector, it’s considered as a plus.
You own excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders and share knowledge.
You are fluent in English.
