THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As the Senior Sustainability Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's mission to operationalize sustainability initiatives across our logistics network. Collaborating closely with a diverse group of professionals, including analytics experts and seasoned environmental specialists, your primary focus will be on implementing standardized practices and rules that ensure the seamless integration of sustainability guidelines into our operational framework. This entails developing robust processes that are repeatable over time, incorporating operational KPIs, and fostering a culture of sustainability within our team.
You will work closely with a group of six professionals within our larger team. This sub-team represents a blend of youthful enthusiasm and seasoned expertise, each member contributing a unique perspective to our collective efforts. Together, you'll work towards bridging the sustainability strategy and operational execution, ensuring that our initiatives are effectively implemented and integrated into our day-to-day operations. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and empowers individuals to contribute meaningfully towards our shared goal of driving positive environmental change.
