Your Responsibilities
You assist in the preparation of presentations for the Management Board, you incorporate our Corporate Identity into the content and make sure information is to a point
You manage and update social media profiles to enhance the company's online presence
You support internal events like our all company meeting and coordinate logistics for a seamless execution
You work closely with our Management Board to assist with various operational topics and ongoing projects
What We’re Looking For
You love social media, design and creating engaging, persuasive presentations with a specific message and audience in mind
You’re a student in Marketing, media design or related fields, preferably past your first semester
Social media savvy, you have a solid foundation when it comes to Linkedin, Instagram and similar platforms
You’re a strong communicator with interpersonal skills and an independent work ethic
You can score with your structured way of working and your organisational talent
Ideally, you have already worked with Google Workspace and its features
You have a good level of speaking German and English
