THE ROLE & THE TEAM
The Return Center (RC) network plays a key role in Zalando’s logistics by supporting one of our main customer propositions: a quick and smooth returns experience.
As Manager Service Provider Operations you are the main contact person for multiple of our RCs which are operated by a Service Provider. You will ensure that the agreed service levels are met and you will constantly look for ways to provide our customers with an even better Zalando experience.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED…
You will be responsible for the operational steering of Return Center locations throughout Europe.
You will take ownership of all operational and commercial key figures and agreements with our partners (KPIs, SLAs, social standards, HSSE etc.).
You will represent Zalando to our 3PLs and monitor, control and optimize the performance of your sites.
You will lead and support interdepartmental projects, e.g. in the context fo Continous Improvements, and control the implementation at the warehouse
You will be the main contact point for internal stakeholders regarding all RC related topics
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
You possess a deep understanding of logistics processes with +3 years of experience in logistics, ideally contract logistics and/or the management of service providers
You have great analytical skills with attention to detail, commercial acumen and show a solution-oriented approach.
You have excellent communication skills, written and oral, in English and German.
You are willing to travel regularly to our RCs in Europe
A university degree in economics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a comparable degree is a plus.
