WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Identify opportunities to sell ZEOS B2B logistics solutions to existing and future partners based in DACH, Benelux and Nordics

  • Develop account strategy plans and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to C-level to achieve sales targets and KPIs

  • Ensure gross margin targets are met through cost control, forecast management and annual price negotiations

  • Provide accurate and concise reporting on a monthly basis of key actions and ongoing opportunities

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each partner’s supply chain and how ZEOS product range can increase efficiency, competitiveness and profit for the partner, whilst enhancing and meeting our objectives

  • Resolve critical issues with high level of complexity and de-escalate in a timely manner

  • Undertake special projects as requested to support the development of the sales team processes and practices

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

  •  You possess 7-10 years sales experience with a strategic scope, and a demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • You bring extensive industry experience from the fields of SaaS and/or logistics and/or e-Commerce and key account management.

  • You are highly organised, autonomous and capable of navigating in a fast-paced, exciting and entrepreneurial organisation. 

  • You are able to build strong relationships with key decision makers up to C-level.

  • You are “fluent” using Salesforce CRM or Hubspot and other sales automation / prospection tools.

  • You are at ease using Linkedin Sales Navigator.

  • You have been trained and you are used to apply with discipline sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales.

  • You confidently interpret data, draw conclusions and give presentations.

  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
