THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As an AI Prompt Creator within Lounge by Zalando, you will be responsible for creating and developing a high quality AI generated visual content that enhances our customers’ online shopping experience. You will play a key role in Lounge AI projects, offering your expertise to the creative production team and ensuring we achieve our set goals.
You will contribute and implement your fresh and innovative ideas in the field of generative AI to shape the future of gen AI in Lounge by Zalando.
As an AI Prompt Creator you can convert visions into inspiring images and establish consistency, you are able to transfer company goals tangibly into AI powered solutions

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Create high quality AI generated images and enhance existing non AI photos.
Draft, refine and optimise text prompts to make sure they are resulting in the desired outcome. Keep an up to date prompt library.
Work to deadlines and meet your KPI’s.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders navigating through complex organisational structures.
Promote collaboration with different teams to share know-how and develop joint solutions for producing the best on brand imagery.
Actively follow the latest trends and developments of gen AI through continuous research and experimentation with new tools.
Approach problems and challenges with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU CAN BRING
A high level of technical understanding and experience of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly and MidJourney
A mix of professional fashion photography, retouching and art direction experience
A portfolio of images generated using AI
A strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
A high level of enthusiasm for AI technologies and are motivated to identify and develop uses and applications to make workflows more efficient
Comprehensive understanding of different visual languages and can generate visuals in line with creative briefings and based on stakeholder and customer feedback
An analytical mind paired with a strong commitment to execution
Relevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field
Quick thinking and proactive attitude, managing your workload to tight deadlines and with flexible planning in a calm way
