ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Consultant (all genders) to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and optimising various Workday modules, including Talent & Performance, Learning, Reporting, and Adaptive Insights, to meet Zalando’s unique needs.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Workday Configuration: Configure, maintain, optimise and own Workday modules, including Talent Management, Learning, Reporting, and Adaptive Insights to align with the organisation's business processes and requirements.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and solutions.
System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements to streamline HR and financial processes, and implement these changes in Workday.
Integration: Configure and manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly and accurately.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and functionality of Workday configurations.
Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users or colleagues and create comprehensive documentation to support ongoing system usage.
Reporting and Analytics: Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure that Workday configurations comply with relevant data protection and compliance regulations.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU BRING
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in configuring and maintaining Workday modules, with a focus on Talent Management, Learning, Reporting, and Adaptive Insights.
Workday certification(s) are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HR and financial processes is a plus.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights and Workday reporting and data analysis is a plus.
