You are responsible for our Norwegian-speaking customers. You’ll handle inquiries via telephone, email, and chat about delivery, returns, payments, and a lot more! You are curious about changes as we move fast to help our various customers in the best way possible./ You are curious about new challenges as Zalando moves forward as the starting point of fashion.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Deliver calm and smart decisions in high-pressured situations while paying attention to detail

  • Define and solve our Norwegian customers’ queries in a timely manner

  • Something about other tasks where we are not supporting “traditional” customer, e.g. MCF (About You) 

  • Support other Customer Care teams and colleagues upon request (or something similar, to increase acceptance for cross market support tasks such as MRAs or being buddy for new hires) 

  • Think fast and work proactively and always keep on top of things in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Regardless of your background, you are customer focused and passionate about excellent customer service

  • You possess excellent knowledge of Norwegian, in written and spoken form, and furthermore you have strong communication skills in English

  • Focused even under pressure, you take the right conclusion from our customers’ feedback and actively support the improvement of our customer service. 

  • You know your way around a computer

  • You are open to working in several shift models including occasionally on weekends
