WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have a degree in a business or technical field relevant to Tradebyte`s product line or the marketplace business (e. g. Business Information Technology, E-Commerce,) combined with sales and / or consulting experience.
You are experienced in technical consulting or pre-sales, ideally in the retail industry and SaaS environment.
You are familiar with the business and organisational stuctures & challenges of the marketplace business and stay on top of current developments (e.g. EU-Law)
Your strong communication and presentation skills allow you to effectively communicate ideas / solutions to prospective clients and clients at all levels of an organization. You know how to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
You are familiar with GAP analysis, business process modelling and problem solving in the business and system architecture (e.g. PIM, ERP, OMS) to guarantee the success of a new project.
Your hands-on experience with XML / JSON / CSV and REST APIs is a plus to fully understand the technical integration with our marketplace partners.
You bring experience in driving innovation and upselling / cross-selling programmes in a consulting environment.
You possess professional language skills in German and English. Further languages are a plus.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You build trusted relationships with internal and external partners to qualify deals, identify new business potential and provide technical guidance in order to set expectations to ensure the success of our New Biz team.
You work hands-on with prospects & customers to deliver standard, customized and/ or strategic solutions, presentations, architecture workshops and best practices.
You collaborate with technical delivery managers to continuously improve our NewBiz approach.
You stay ahead of and immerse yourself in the ever-evolving technology landscape while maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and how to position us here.
You ensure accurate documentation and handover to delivery teams with focus on smooth and quick integrations.
You provide ongoing pre-sales & post-sales guidance through your technical expertise.
