The Role & the Team

As a Product Lead at Tradebyte, you will drive a key strategic Product Domain of our platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you won’t just manage features; you will discover and deliver measurable business value that directly affects revenue and competitive advantage for our global customers.

You will act as the bridge between technical excellence and commercial success, collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure our platform is performant and scalable, while partnering with Growth & Marketing to drive adoption. You will lead the way in product discovery and delivery, fostering a culture of radical prioritization and data-driven decision-making within your domain.

What We’d Love You to Do (and Love Doing)

  • Own the Strategy: Take full ownership of a key strategic domain, acting as the primary expert and visionary for its evolution within the Tradebyte platform.

  • Deliver Measurable Value: Translate complex problem statements into elegant solutions that work for the business and provide clear ROI for our customers.

  • Prototype and Experiment: Adopt a "hands-on" builder mindset by running rapid Proof of Concepts and customer interviews to test viability before committing engineering resources.

  • Commercialize Innovation: Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to package features, define pricing strategies, and ensure successful market adoption.

  • Drive Technical Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to ensure our platform is optimized for high-volume data and remains highly performant.

  • Empower the Organization: Simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and prepare to coach and mentor other Product Managers as the team grows.

We’d Love to Meet You If

  • The Experience: You have a strong background in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS, E-commerce, or API-first data exchange products.

  • The Tech-Forward Mindset: You are already incorporating AI into your workflow—from synthesizing customer feedback during discovery to prototyping and "vibe coding" for delivery.

  • The Analytical Edge: You understand SaaS metrics (GMV, unit economics) and have a proven ability to define the specific KPIs that indicate true product success.

  • The Master Communicator: You speak the language of engineers but can visualize complex system logic so clearly that non-experts can understand and use it immediately.

  • The Radical Prioritizer: You are a pragmatic problem solver who is comfortable making fast, high-stakes decisions and saying "no" to good ideas to focus on the great ones.

  • The AI Visionary: You have experience launching AI solutions in the market or have actively prototyped and tested them with real-world customers.

If you think you have what it takes, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
